The Air Force is testing Global Military Spouse Connection, a new pilot program designed to help active-duty Air and Space Force spouses find federal employment opportunities when they move to a new duty station. The program works by identifying each spouse's qualifications and connecting them with available job openings, aiming to reduce career disruption during permanent change of station moves.

If successful, the pilot could expand across the Air and Space Force or be adopted by other military branches. Participants gain access to structured job matching that may help minimize employment gaps and maintain career momentum as their families relocate.
