Caitlin Horn is an active-duty Navy spouse, mom of three, and a passionate voice for military family life. Drawing on her experience navigating deployments, relocations, and the unique challenges of raising kids in a military household, Caitlin’s writing offers an authentic and encouraging perspective for spouses around the world. A natural connector and proven business development leader, she combines her professional skills with a deep understanding of the military community to create content that truly resonates.

Caitlin holds a B.S. in Accounting and Legal Studies from the College of Charleston’s Beatty School of Business. She currently lives in Annapolis, Maryland, with her husband, Ben—a Navy periodontist—and their three children, Kendall, Parker, and Cullen.
